Service Description

We'll agree on what suits your group, depending on desired intention, location, time and size of the group, as well as previous experience. Digital or in person, depending on availability of location. Contact me for prices for sessions more than 60 mins.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling: - Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. - Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. - Essäns Breath may reschedule sessions with appropriate notice due to emergencies or illness. - All courses and packages also have their own terms and conditions that you will receive before finalizing booking.
