Service Description
What if you could once again touch upon that warm anticipation you used to have in December - before stress took over? In this session you will have balancing and restoring rhythmic breathing designed to for body & mind to slow down to the here and now. 45 minutes for yourself. Before joining virtual breathwork, please consider these points: - Find a comfortable and calm space where you can be undisturbed for the length of the session - Always do breathwork safely, meaning either sitting og lying down in a safe space, never driving and never in water - I recommend comfortable clothing as well as a blanket, and maybe even an eye mask to cover your eyes to shut out visual disturbances - Make sure you have downloaded the Zoom App software, which is the platform I use for my virtual classes - Make sure you receive the confirmation email with the log-in link for the session, and maybe check your spam if you can’t find it in your inbox. - Log on to the class on time, preferably a few minutes before the session starts. Please note that logging in late may mean that you cannot be admitted to the session, and this will not qualify for a refund of your booking. If you have any health conditions, such as a heart condition or epilepsy, or if you’re pregnant, then please consult with your doctor before doing deep breathwork classes. Cancellation & refund: Bookings are refunded only if cancelled at least 12 hrs prior to the scheduled start of the session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling: - Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. - Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. - Essäns Breath may reschedule sessions with appropriate notice due to emergencies or illness. - All courses and packages also have their own terms and conditions that you will receive before finalizing booking.
