Service Description
Guidance, conversations, sessions, training with coaching, and mindset work - we'll agree on what works for you depending on your desired intention. Packages only. First consultation 45 mins is always free, in order to settle the course for your work and to see if we're suited to work together. Digital meetings or in person.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling: - Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. - Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. - Essäns Breath may reschedule sessions with appropriate notice due to emergencies or illness. - All courses and packages also have their own terms and conditions that you will receive before finalizing booking.
